Last week I was honoured to host the Concrete Repair Association Awards in Glasgow, an inspiring evening celebrating excellence across the concrete repair and structural strengthening industry with the CRA team. The night kicked off with me performing close‑up magic at the drinks reception, surprising and delighting guests before we moved into the awards presentation. I had the pleasure of presenting the trophies, hosting the evening’s proceedings, and leading a charitable auction that raised £2,250 for the Scottish Men’s Sheds Association and Glasgow Women’s Aid – causes close to many hearts. To keep the celebrations going, I also brought in one of my associate artistes, Charlie Green and his band, who provided the after‑hours party music with singalong hits that had everyone on their feet. It was a fantastic night of recognition, entertainment and connections being made – and a great example of how I blend corporate event hosting, comedy magic and live music to create memorable and engaging experiences for clients and audiences alike.

Oh and I even spent the afternoon axe throwing with some of the guests … That’s a story for another time
