Right, so I finally did it. I got proper studio shots done. No more relying on that one decent photo from an event two years ago where the lighting happened to be kind to me.
And honestly? I’m so glad I did, because these came out better than I could have hoped. That’s entirely down to Elisabeth Franco, who somehow managed to make me look like I know what I’m doing.

What I actually do…
I’m a corporate event host (or Emcee) and comedy magician. Which, when I say it out loud, still makes me smile a bit, because it genuinely is my job and I love it.
What that means in practice is: I turn up to your corporate event and make sure nobody’s checking their phone during the bits they should be paying attention to. I host, I perform, I read the room, and I make sure people leave feeling like something actually happened that evening, not just that they attended a function.
Magic works in corporate settings for a simple reason: it’s impossible to be disengaged when something inexplicable is happening right in front of you. It breaks the ice, it gets people talking, and it creates those shared moments that no branded lanyard or goodie bag ever quite manages.
